will turn it into a digital drawing to create that one of kind look that will
separate your projects from the “off the shelf” standard designs available in
most retail outlets.
Quality
Material selection is key and Architectural Reproductions specializes in
pressure treated KDAT (kiln dried after treatment) southern yellow pine.
Taking the process a step further we have selected stock manufactured by
Cox Industries, Inc. Cox laminated timber squares offer the highest
stability, strength and warranty in the business.
Service
Laminated timber squares by Cox are much less likely to
twist than traditional solid timbers. Over time, solid
pieces often warp and crack as they dry-out.
Cox squares are laminated by a proprietary process
using a waterproof Resorcinol adhesive .
Not only is the product structurally superior, it offers a
extremely long service life. Made of southern yellow
pine, pressure treated using a Wolmanized® process,
the material carries a limited lifetime warranty
against fungal decay, rot and termites.
Wolmanized treated lumber by Cox is also
backed by the Good Housekeeping Seal.
